- Junior Supervisor (Safety – Electrical): Diploma in Electrical + Industrial Safety + 2 years experience
- Junior Supervisor (Paint): Diploma in Mechanical + 2 years experience
- Assistant Superintendent (Finance): Graduate + CA Inter/ICWAI or MBA Finance + 2 years experience
- Technical Assistants: Diploma in Engineering + 5 years experience
- Office Assistant: Graduate + Computer course + 3 years experience
- Nurse: B.Sc Nursing or Diploma + 2 years experience
- Shipwright/Structural Fitter: ITI/NCTVT or 10th with training certificate + 2 years experience
- Painter: 10th pass + 4 years experience
