Tenure & Training
- Tenure: Initially 10 years (extendable up to 14 years)
- Training: 6 Weeks Orientation at INA followed by professional onboard training
Pay & Allowances
- Pay: ₹56,100 per month (Level 10 – Sub Lieutenant)
- Plus DA, HRA, TA, and other admissible allowances
