🎓 Eligibility & GATE Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (relevant discipline) as specified for each post. Final year students may apply but must produce final result at Application Verification.
- GATE Paper & Years: Candidates must have qualified the relevant GATE paper in GATE 2023, GATE 2024 or GATE 2025. Relevant paper codes:
- Architecture — AR
- Civil — CE
- Electrical — EE
- Electronics/E&C — EC
- Computer Science / IT / MCA — CS
- No prior experience required.
- Percent/marks rules: enter percentage up to two decimals; convert CGPA/OGPA to percentage per university rules and retain equivalence document.

📝 Selection Procedure
- Only candidates with qualifying GATE score (2023 / 2024 / 2025) and registered on AAI portal will be considered.
- Shortlisting for Application Verification will be on the basis of on-line application details.
- Final merit list prepared using GATE scores of candidates who clear Application Verification (equal weightage given to GATE 2023/2024/2025 scores).
- Tie-break: higher GATE score → older candidate → higher marks in qualifying degree.

- Go to AAI Careers (aai.aero) → CAREERS → relevant advertisement (Advt. No. 09/2025/CHQ).
- Register/login and fill the online application. Candidates may apply for multiple posts but must register & pay separately for each post.
- Upload scanned passport photo and signature in specified format; enter correct GATE registration number.
- Pay the application fee (if applicable) online via integrated payment gateway.
