- SAE (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering from State Council for Engineering & Technical Education or equivalent (Higher qualification acceptable).
- SAE (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from State Council for Engineering & Technical Education or equivalent (Higher qualification acceptable).
- SAE (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering from State Council for Engineering & Technical Education or equivalent (Higher qualification acceptable).
