- Management Trainee: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical, Age: Max 27 yrs
- Non-Executives: ITI with NAC, Age: 18–30 yrs
- Staff Nurse/Pharmacists: Degree/Diploma in Nursing/Pharmacy, Age: 20–35 yrs
- Senior Management: MBA/CA/PG/M.Tech, Age: up to 55 yrs
- Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 yrs, SC/ST – 5 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs
