🎓 Qualification & Age (as on 01 July 2025)

💰 Emoluments, Fee & Benefits
| Emoluments | Temporary engagement for 1 year on consolidated wages (as per unit minimum wages). On successful completion, regularization as Artisan Grade-IV at minimum of pay scale ₹29,500 – ₹65,000 (with allowances) as per Company rules. |

📝 Selection Process
- Stage I – Computer Based Examination (CBE): All applicants appear; marks out of 100. Shortlisting to Skill Test in ratio 1:5 (trade & unit wise) based on CBE marks. PwD & Ex-Servicemen get relaxation while shortlisting (detailed in notification).
- Stage II – Skill Test & Document Verification: Skill Test is qualifying; final merit list prepared on CBE scores of candidates who qualify Skill Test. Best/Runner-up Apprentices may be exempted from CBE and directly called for Skill Test (subject to conditions).

- Selected candidates must serve at their allocated unit for at least 20 years from date of joining (no transfer requests during first 20 years, except under exceptional rules).
